 Joe Sularz, Project Developer (Master Carpenter)
Joe is BBC's Project Developer. He came to this role after 30 years in the field, where he established a reputation as a lead carpenter with crack skills and an encyclopedic knowledge of building practices. Clients have praised Joe for his wonderful problem-solving abilities, creativity, artistry, and competence. His ability to mix and pour concrete remains the stuff of legend.
 Tracy Kruse, Project Manager
As an on-site Project Manager, Tracy oversees the project from beginning to end, and constantly maintains direct contact with the homeowner. She has been with BBC for over ten years, having spent the previous eight years building movie sets and corporate stage sets.
 Judy Kurtz, Designer (Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist)
Judy aids Buck Brothers with design drafting and construction document preparation. Beginning her remodeling design career in 1993, Judy holds a BA in Design and an MA in Art History. She also holds memberships in both the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the Minnesota Society of Architectural Historians.
 Ron Lathrop, Lead Carpenter
Ron is an all-around carpenter who likes "to leave a nice product behind." He stresses job quality, timeliness, and maintaining a professional work environment. He continually impresses clients with his efficiency and friendliness.
